BOOKINGS

• For inside bookings to secure your booking, we will need to hold your card details for £10pp. We hold your card details, but no money will be taken unless you fail to turn up for your booking or break the booking terms.
• For inside bookings if you need to cancel please aim to do so 48 hr in advance. If you cancel before 48 hours your card will not be charged, if you cancel less than 48 hours before, your deposit is lost. All deposits are non-refundable.
• For all outside bookings we require a £10pp payment which will be taken off your bill at the end of your visit. All payments are non refundable and can only be transferred to another date with 48 hours notice of the date originally booked.
• We’ll be holding some space for walk up bookings.
• Please note we cannot allow back to back bookings, if we can accommodate you longer on the day we will endeavour to do so

YOUR TIME AT eCB

• A host will greet and seat you and let you know how things will work. You’ll have plenty of time (2 hours) to enjoy your experience.
• Please ensure the lead name on the booking is present on arrival to allow us to seat you promptly for full advantage of your booking time.
• Where possible please try to arrive with the rest of your group – you don’t want to turn up late and have less time at your table.
• If you’re running late, we’ll hold your table for a maximum of 15 minutes, after that it may be given away to waiting guests. If you arrive 10 minutes late, that time will be lost from your 2 hour booking.
• If you’d like to leave us a tip, just ask your server and you can use your card thank you!

KEEPING YOU AND OUR TEAM SAFE

• We’ve put social distancing measures in place to keep both you and our team safe, please respect social distancing within the venue and with staff.
• Please make sure you are not required to social distance from anyone in your party.
• Card payment only – no cash.
• We have hand sanitiser stations, fully trained teams, contactless payment, socially distanced loos sanitised every 30 mins and table cleans prior to each seating.
• For outside bookings, remember we can’t control the weather! Please wear what’s appropriate for the weather. Whilst you’ll be under cover we can’t guarantee it will be warm or 100% dry.
• For walk ups we will be taking a lead booking name and contact details for track and trace purposes.
